Returns and refunds

We have a STRICT no refund policy UNLESS the problem is something on our end, meaning if you do not like the product or it gets lost in shipping, we do NOT issue refunds.

The only occasion we will offer a refund is if we ourselves cannot fulfill your order, meaning we can't ship it out. There are NO excuses and/or exceptions.

If you try to contact us about a refund and it is NOT a problem on our side, we will not refund you, so don't even try.
